1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our web platform, mobile app, or booking rides via telephone or WhatsApp, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

Chasky Tours provides passenger mobility, safe urban taxi, guided tourist excursions, and executive transfers in Apurímac and across Peru.

3. Drivers & Fleet Safety

All units carry active mandatory SOAT insurance, regular technical inspection, and 24/7 satellite GPS tracking. Drivers have cleared police and driving record checks.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Tours and interprovincial rides may be booked in advance. Cancellations made at least 12 hours ahead carry zero penalty.

5. Modifications

Chasky Tours reserves the right to update these terms to comply with transportation and legal regulations.
